Steffi Ortiz has over a decade of experience in the healthcare and medical insurance industries, currently serving as an Account at Global Benefits Group (GBG) since March 2022. Prior to this role, Steffi held positions including Operations Manager at The Gelb Center from June 2017 to March 2020, Account Manager at VIP Universal Medical Insurance Group, Ltd. (VUMI) from February 2016 to May 2017, Director of Case Management at Global Maritime Medical Management from January 2015 to February 2016, and Medical Coordinator at Best Doctors from 2011 to 2014. Steffi holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Nursing and Management from Florida International University (2009-2013) and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Nursing Science from Miami Dade College (2007-2009).
