Ian Moncado-Thomas has extensive experience in the travel and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Principal Consultant at both Global Airport Concierge and NeoDay since November 2023. Previously, Ian held the position of Growth and Affiliate Manager at Swapi from May 2023 to November 2023. A significant part of Ian's career includes a long tenure at Collinson, where duties as Sales Development Manager spanned nearly three decades from February 1994 to February 2022. Between 1989 and 1994, Ian worked at American Express Travel as a Travel Training Manager, focusing on soft skills training.
