Laurie Ratliff is an experienced professional in the field of talent acquisition and customer service, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TeamGlobal since April 2022. Prior to this role, Laurie worked at Humana as a Customer Service Representative from November 2019 to April 2022, and at Sabre Corporation, where Laurie held the position of Senior Customer Service Agent and also completed a Training and Development Internship from May 2015 to November 2019. Laurie's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at NOVO1 from August 2003 to 2013 as a Corporate Trainer, responsible for training new hires and existing agents on various lines of business including Medicare and military recruitment. Laurie holds a High School Diploma from Northwest High School, obtained between 1990 and 1995.
