Steven Smith boasts extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, holding various positions since 2008. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Bagan Holdings since December 2015, Steven led the introduction of Myramar's first authentic Western-style food truck in 2016. As a founding member of PROFISHER, Steven focuses on establishing market strategies and identifying traceable seafood products for the China market. Additionally, involvement with Gliding Eagle Inc. and past consultancy roles at TOCK'S and Naked Stables highlight expertise in launching culinary ventures, including the first Montreal-style deli in China. Previous experience as General Manager at Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse showcases strong operational leadership. Steven's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Abnormal Psychology from the University of Stockholm and a high school diploma from Woodside High School in California.
