Jay Ellis currently serves as the EVP of Global Network Development and a Board Member at GlidePathCX since May 2022. In addition, Jay holds the position of Co-Chair on the Board of Directors for Black Veterans for Social Justice, contributing to initiatives that support veterans, their families, and the community. Previously, Jay worked at Thanks Again from January 2008 to June 2022, leading global client management and coalition growth in the airport loyalty and engagement sector. Jay's career also includes significant roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where positions ranged from Financial Analyst to First Vice President - District Manager, and service in the US Army as a Field Artilleryman. Jay earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of San Francisco.
