Andrew McDonald, MBA has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Andrew currently works as a Service Delivery Manager at GlideFast Consulting, where they act as the voice of Advisory Leadership to their team and supports them in various capacities. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Business Process Consultant at the same company, specializing in ServiceNow solutions and consulting clients on ITIL Framework.

In 2014, Andrew founded Possess Your Success, a platform aimed at helping individuals achieve personal development goals through books, motivational speaking, and blogging.

Before joining GlideFast Consulting, Andrew worked as a ServiceNow Training Lead at NextEra Energy, Inc., where they developed and conducted training sessions for the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM. Andrew also provided business analysis and IT Service Management consulting for the organization.

Andrew has also held positions at DXC Technology, The Home Depot, InComm, Aon Hewitt, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, and INROADS. Their roles in these companies encompassed senior service management consulting, business analysis, systems analysis, and internships.

Andrew McDonald, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Analysis from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Florida State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from 2004 to 2008. In 2009 to 2010, Andrew pursued further education and obtained an Undergraduate Certificate in Database Management from Strayer University-Maryland. Andrew completed their high school education at Sandalwood High School, earning a High School Diploma from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Andrew McDonald has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills and expertise. Andrew is an ITSM Certified Process Design Engineer from the ITSM Academy since December 2022. Andrew is also a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. since January 2022. Andrew received their ITIL Foundation v4 certification from PeopleCert in December 2021. Andrew is a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist since January 2020 and a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator since November 2018. In October 2018, Andrew became a Professional Scrum Master I certified by Scrum.org. Additionally, they obtained an ITIL Foundation 2011 certification from APMG International in April 2016. Finally, they became a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2021.
