Tanishka Chawla is a Research Manager at GLG since October 2021, previously holding roles as Senior Associate and Associate in Client Solutions, where responsibilities included managing insight generation for top global consulting firms and leading consultations with subject matter experts. Tanishka has also contributed to education initiatives as a Project Executive for Project ECHO, successfully orchestrating partner projects aimed at reducing global disparities and developing educational programs. Prior freelance experience includes teaching psychology to high school students and serving in various counseling and educational roles, such as Core Team Lead for the You're Wonderful Project and Peer Counselor in the Peer Support Program at Lady Shri Ram College for Women. Tanishka holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College and has interned in clinical psychology settings, further enhancing expertise in the field.
