Kristen Ivers possesses extensive experience in healthcare administration and management, currently serving as a Management Supervisor at Glenwood since March 2016, where previous roles included Assistant Management Supervisor and On Site Manager at The Pavilion. Prior to this, Kristen worked at Northeast Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine from May 2011 to March 2016, starting as a Receptionist, where key responsibilities encompassed scheduling appointments, patient check-in/out, managing high call volumes, insurance verification, and patient billing inquiries. Additionally, Kristen has experience as a Physical Therapy Aide, assisting patients with exercise routines and preparing treatment equipment. Kristen Ivers holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from St. Thomas Aquinas College, attained in 2010, and is a graduate of Sacred Heart High School from 2005.
