Len Warson is currently the Chairperson at Lighthouse Foundation since January 2020. Prior to this role, Len has been with Glenvill since March 1985 and currently holds the position of CEO. Len started their career as a General Manager at Glenvill Homes from 1984 to 1985, and prior to that worked as an Insolvency Accountant at Ernst & Young from 1982 to 1984. Len holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, and Finance from Monash University, and completed their Higher School Certificate at Mt Scopus College.
