Tess Harrington has had a diverse work experience. Tess began their career as a PV2 in the US Army from February 2012 to September 2012. Following their military service, they worked as a Shift Supervisor at Burger King Corporation from April 2011 to November 2013. From August 2013 to September 2014, they were a Customer Service Representative at Cumberland Farms. Tess then joined Glens Falls Hospital, starting as a Laundry/EVS employee from April 2014 to October 2016, followed by a role as a Supply Chain Coordinator from October 2016 to February 2018. Tess then became a Buyer from February 2018 to September 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Perioperative Supply Chain Lead at Glens Falls Hospital, starting in September 2021.

Tess Harrington attended SUNY Adirondack from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Glens Falls Senior High School and received a High School Regents Diploma in 2012. In addition, they obtained a certification in Keys to Effective Communication from SUNY Adirondack in 2020.
