John Carroll has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. John began their career as a Software Developer at Yum! Brands in 1986 and then moved on to become a Project Manager at National Processing Company in 1990. In 1991, they became the Owner of Creative Strategies, where they established their own business. From 1997 to 2001, John took on the role of VP Online Service at Stored Value Systems. In 2004, they became the owner of Fountains Auto Wash, a position they held until 2014. Most recently, John joined Glennis Solutions in February 2021 as the VP of Software Engineering.

John Carroll received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Eastern Kentucky University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. John later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Quantitative Methods at Bellarmine University from 1987 to 1989.
