Currently working as a Public Information Officer for the City of Glendale, Victor also teaches 9-1-1 and public safety courses at Kim Turner LLC. Victor is dedicated to providing training and instruction in de-escalation and strategic communications for law enforcement officers and city employees. With a strong educational background in organizational leadership and criminal justice management, Victor continues to expand their expertise in sports security management.
