Luis Moreno is an IT Project Manager with extensive experience in managing technology projects and supervising technical teams. Currently employed by the City of Glendale, CA since September 2018, Luis oversees various IT initiatives. Previously, from January 2005 to August 2018, Luis served as a CSS, supervising a team of 10 technicians across 11 court locations and coordinating the rollout of technology to court personnel. Luis holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from California State University, Los Angeles, obtained in 2016.
