Wayne Ashworth is an experienced professional in the nickel industry, currently serving as the Head of Nickel Industrial Assets at Glencore since February 2020. Previously, Wayne held various roles, including Principal at Culbarting Rural from June 2009 to February 2020, Senior Vice President at Koniambo Nickel SAS from March 2016 to March 2018, and General Manager at Minara Resources from October 2007 to March 2016. Wayne also contributed to operations management at Glencore from January 2005 to June 2019. Wayne earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Curtin University between 1989 and 1992.
