Neil Ellam is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently employed by Glencar Construction since January 2022. Notable projects include oversight of Voltage Park and Alex Dock during the Pre-Construction Services Agreement phase, along with successful project delivery for Glencar that resulted in repeat business. Previously, Neil served as Chief Engineer on a significant mixed-use development at Paradise in Birmingham for Sir Robert McAlpine and as Engineering Manager at Luddon Construction Limited for a new chemical plant. Neil has held various managerial roles across several organizations, including Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd and Barhale Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed civils project management, safety oversight, and procurement. Neil holds NVQL6 in Construction Contracting Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
