Steve Wille is a seasoned architectural and business development professional with extensive experience in the design and construction industry. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Hoffman Development Group, LLC, since November 2020, and Vice President of Business Development at Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. since 2015, Steve specializes in building strong client relationships and implementing effective sales strategies. Previous roles include leading business development efforts for the Food and Beverage sector at Performa and directing design teams at Hoffman Planning. With a solid educational background that includes an Associate degree in Architecture from Milwaukee Area Technical College, Steve has demonstrated expertise across various markets such as Manufacturing, Corporate Commercial, and Healthcare.
