Todd Sutherland has a solid background in customer service and management, currently serving as a Customer Experience Agent at Glen Eira City Council since March 2017. Prior to this role, Todd accumulated extensive experience at National Australia Bank from June 1999 to November 2009, progressing through several positions including Credit Card Retention Manager, Credit Card Servicing Team Leader, and General Servicing Team Leader. In these roles, Todd was responsible for coaching and developing teams of up to 20 specialists, driving performance outcomes in customer satisfaction and service levels. Todd's early career included positions as a General Insurance Administration Officer, Personal Lending Officer, and General Insurance Sales Officer. Todd completed education at Armadale Senior High School and Cecil Andrews High School, and holds a TAE degree.
