Jennifer McFadden has a strong background in finance and accounting. Jennifer started their career at Whirlpool EMEA in 2001, working their way up from an Intercompany & Inventory Accounts Assistant to a Senior Accountant and eventually a Finance Manager, specializing in Record to Report. Jennifer spent over 17 years at Whirlpool EMEA before joining Glen Dimplex in 2019 as an RTR Accounting Manager. In 2020, they were promoted to RTR Accounting Senior Manager, and in 2021, they became the Head of Group Financial Control at Glen Dimplex.

Jennifer McFadden has obtained the ACMA, CGMA qualification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
