Linda Doan possesses a diverse background with experience in customer support and sales. Currently serving as Chef för kundsupport at Gleerups Utbildning since June 2021, Linda is responsible for CRM and data management. Previous roles include 2nd line support and support at Skånes Kommuner, an internship at Länsförsäkringar as a Skadereglerare, and a Sales Associate position at Guess Europe Sagl. Additional experience includes working as a Nespresso Coffee Advisor and a consultant at Adecco. Linda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Samhällsplanering with a focus on regional and urban development from Lund University and has completed courses in Natural Geography and Political Geography at Uppsala University, along with a legal introductory course at Lund University.
