Shubham Sethi is the Head of Product/Co-Founder at Gleantap since May 2019, where Shubham launched and scaled a portfolio of customer retention SaaS products. Shubham also led a company-wide pivot in response to Covid's changing industry dynamics. Prior to Gleantap, Shubham worked as a Lead Product Manager at athenahealth, managing the complete portfolio of new product offerings. Shubham also has experience as a Principal Product Manager at Hive9 and as a Product Manager at Lancope. Shubham holds an M.B.A in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Engineering from ITM Group of Institutions.
