Peter Richards co-founded Gleanin in 2011, where they created social software for exhibition organizers, specifically designed to manage Twitter campaigns. Prior to that, in 2006, they co-founded and served as a director for www.growsonyou.com. Peter was a student at Cass Business School from 2005 to 2006. Peter began their career as an IT Specialist at IBM UK Ltd in 1999 and worked there until 2005.

Peter Richards completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at the University of Leeds from 1995 to 1998. Peter later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from City, University of London, which took place from 2005 to 2006.
