Heather Heilman, CPIM, has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as Manager of R&D Procurement for the Americas Region at GSK since September 2014. Previous positions at GSK include Supply Chain Analyst, where Heather ensured consistent supply within the Biopharmaceuticals Production Operations, and various leadership roles in warehouse and shipping functions, emphasizing compliance and training initiatives. Heather's earlier experience spans technical writing, pharmacy support, and internships focused on pharmaceutical processes, complemented by a degree in Pharmaceutical Product Development from West Chester University.
