Rob Conboy is the current CEO at Glavel, a position they have held since July 2012. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of BETTER from January 2011 to June 2012. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning and design, project financing, and helping clients achieve their goals of highly energy efficient buildings and communities worldwide.

Conboy has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, and has held various positions at Thermal Storage Solutions, BETTER, and Glavel. Rob has a proven track record of success in growing sales pipelines, forging strategic partnerships, and establishing global networks of research partners.

Under Conboy's leadership, Glavel has seen dramatic increases in traffic and reductions in bounce rates on their website, as well as continued growth in sales and financing facilitation. Rob remains committed to helping clients achieve their goals of energy efficiency and sustainability.

Rob Conboy has an MBA in Environmental Sustainability from the University of Vermont and a BS in Accounting from California State University - East Bay. Rob also has a certification from the Passive House Institute as a Certified Passivhaus Consultant (CPHC).
