Rajdeep Gadekar is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in mechanical and structural engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer Team Lead at Glatt Systems Private Limited since August 2023, Rajdeep previously held the position of Technical Team Lead at ACG World from January 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading a team in the application engineering department and standardizing product technical databases. Prior to that, Rajdeep led the mechanical engineering team at Chavare from January 2017 to December 2020, overseeing design, quality assurance, and vendor management. Rajdeep's career also includes roles as a Mechanical/Structural Engineer at Helidex Offshore LLC and a Research Associate at the University of Texas at Dallas. Rajdeep holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
