Scott Walls has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Scott began their career at Finish Line as a Store Manager in 1995 and worked there until 2002. Scott then joined Hollywood Video as a Store Director and remained with the company until 2007. Scott then transitioned to BAE Systems Information Technology as a Data Security professional from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, they joined Hewlett-Packard as a Systems Analyst for a year. From 2011 to 2016, Scott worked at Randstad Technologies US as a Service Desk Team Lead. Since 2016, they have been with Glatfelter Insurance Group, starting as a Service Desk Technician and moving up to Manager, IT Service & Support in April 2019.

Scott Walls attended New Oxford Senior High from 1986 to 1990. However, no degree or field of study was specified during their time at the school. In addition to their formal education, Scott Walls has obtained several certifications including Microsoft Teams Essential Training, Outlook 2019 Essential Training, and Word 2019 Essential Training, all of which were obtained from LinkedIn in December 2022.
