Lianna Sahakyan's work experience includes the following roles:

- Scrum Master at GlassesUSA.com starting in March 2023.

- Retail Business Change Specialist and Executive Assistant at Ameriabank CJSC from November 2016 to February 2023.

- LIFE project assistant at Save the Children International in January 2016.

- IDRR and ACHE project assistant at Save the Children International in October 2015.

Lianna Sahakyan completed their Master's degree in International Economics from the Russian-Armenian University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Regional Studies (China, Japan, Southeast Asia) from the same university between 2012 and 2016. Lianna also participated in various training courses and youth exchanges, including the "Gender... let’s talk!" Training Course, the "Second Step for Healthy Lifestyle" Youth Exchange, and the "Step up - Music as a method for inclusion" Training Course, all in 2015. Additionally, Lianna Sahakyan has obtained several certifications, including an IT Project Management course from the Armenian Code Academy in 2022, a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in 2022, an Advanced MS Excel course from Excelist Training Center in 2019, and a "Tough Negotiations" seminar from Sarajyan Trainings in 2019.
