Colin Edgar MBE has extensive experience in communication and governance, currently serving as Director of Communication and Governance at Glasgow City Council since October 2006. Previous roles include Director of Strategic Partnerships at Glasgow Life and External Communication Manager at BAE Systems. Colin Edgar held the position of Head of Communication for the Scottish Labour Party and worked as a Broadcast Journalist for the BBC prior to these roles. Colin Edgar graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy.
