Abigail Lehner is an experienced professional in customer success and service management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Glammatic and Fisherman since February 2024. Previously, Abigail held the position of Director of Customer Experience at Eastern Standard Provisions from April 2020 to February 2024, enhancing customer engagement within the snack food industry. Earlier roles include Customer Experience Manager and Customer Service Specialist at VIPKid, as well as English Second Language Teacher with CIEE. Abigail's background also features experience as a Communications Coordinator at the University of New Hampshire, alongside various roles in media and program coordination during academic years. Abigail holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and International Affairs from the University of New Hampshire and completed an internship in Berlin, Germany with CIEE in 2017.
