Gary Gerson, CFA, CPA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Interim CFO at Gladstone Commercial Corporation since March 2021. With extensive experience in finance leadership, Gary held the role of CFO at SHD Oil & Gas, LLC from February 2013 to August 2020, and at The Shooshan Company LLC in early 2012. Prior positions include Treasurer at The Gladstone Companies from February 2006 to January 2012, Assistant Vice President of Finance at Bozzuto Group from February 2004 to February 2006, and Director of Finance at PG&E National Energy Group from June 1995 to February 2004. Gary began their career as a Senior Analyst at American Management Systems from July 1993 to June 1995. Gary earned an MBA in Finance from Yale School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
