Alex Tsibulya is the current Director of Software Engineering at Gladly. Alex has over 20 years of experience in the software engineering field. Alex has worked for companies such as Lookout, Symantec, PeopleSoft, Inc., Pipewise, Vontu (now part of Symantec), and Avinon, Inc. Alex has held positions such as Principle Software Engineer, Manager, Technical Director, Sr. Software Engineer, and Software Architect.

Alex’s experience varies from building and scaling security infrastructure to designing detection API’s to enable extensibility and integration. In their most recent position at Gladly, they are responsible for leading a team of engineers in building customer-facing features as well as working on scalability issues. Throughout their career, Alex has demonstrated their ability to mentor junior colleagues and work on a variety of different projects.

Alex Tsibulya's educational career includes receiving a MS in Computer Science from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
