Jade Pas-Jensen is a Capacity Building Consultant at Gladegy Consulting, LLC, since March 2023, focusing on enhancing organizational capabilities and candidate recruitment. Previously, as a Quality Improvement Professional at Koinonia, Jade assessed and improved incident reporting processes and automated administrative tasks to increase efficiency. At Recovery Resources, Jade progressed through various roles in Continuous Quality Improvement, ensuring compliance and promoting clinical outcomes. Jade's experience extends to program development and therapy roles in organizations such as OhioGuidestone and The Guidance Center, where educational and mental health services were expanded. Jade holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
