Brian Hoyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capacity building, quality management, and compliance within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as a Capacity Building Consultant at Gladegy Consulting, LLC since February 2023, Brian specializes in project management, organizational development, and financial management. Previously, as the Director of Quality & Compliance at Koinonia from March 2018 to January 2023, Brian engineered key performance indicators, developed risk management plans, and ensured adherence to regulatory standards across multiple divisions. Additionally, Brian held positions as a Project Manager at Koinonia Homes, Inc. and as a Client Liaison at the Community Fund Management Foundation. Brian holds an MBA from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Management from the University of Dayton.
