Peter Dilnot is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as CEO of Melrose Plc since April 2019, Peter is at the helm of a FTSE 100 global aerospace technology company. Recent experience includes Chief Operating Officer at GKN Aerospace and prior to that, CEO of Rotork until January 2024. Peter has also served as a Non-Executive Director at Renewi plc and CEO of Shanks Group plc prior to its merger into Renewi. Additional roles include positions at Danaher, Gilbarco Veeder Root, and The Boston Consulting Group, alongside military service as an Officer in the British Army. Educational qualifications include a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol.
