Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has focused on providing organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana also serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a Nutrióloga at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and was a university instructor in applied mathematics and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
