Elvia Medina-Romero currently serves as a Service Manager and previously held the position of Server at Texas Roadhouse since February 2016. In addition to this role, Elvia has been a Content Developer at Giving Forward since September 2020. Elvia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies from New Mexico State University, where studies took place from 2014 to 2020.
