Nienke Smits has extensive experience in customer service and sales support, currently serving as a Sales Support Assistant at Giving Europe BV since June 2018. Prior to this role, Nienke held multiple positions at Schouten & Nelissen from October 2008 to September 2017, including Team Lead of the Customer Service Center and Coordinator of Customer Service and Participant Administration. Nienke's career began at D-reizen, where responsibilities included Operational Manager and Senior Travel Advisor from April 2002 to October 2008. Nienke Smits holds a degree from Breda University of Applied Sciences (1998-2001) and has completed additional training at Schouten & Nelissen University in 2015.
