Serena D'Angelo is an experienced professional with a diverse range of roles in customer success, account management, marketing, and sales. Serena began their career as an Engraver and Salesperson at Things Remembered in 2010. In 2011, they joined Christopher Newport University as a Student Assistant and later became the Arts & Entertainment Editor for The Captain's Log newspaper. Serena also interned at The Mariners Museum as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern.
In 2013, Serena took on multiple roles, including becoming a Key Holder at Hi-Ho Silver and serving as the President of the Lambda Pi Eta organization. Serena also worked as a Group Sales and Communications Coordinator at The Mariners Museum, where they were responsible for generating revenue through successful group sales programs and marketing initiatives.
Starting in 2016, Serena joined Snow Companies as an Account Manager, overseeing marketing strategies and coordinating with clients and vendors. Serena then transitioned to GiveSmart in 2017, where they worked as an Account Manager for 501 Auctions, providing consulting and customer service for fundraising events. With GiveSmart, Serena held various roles including Senior Customer Success Manager for Premium and Enterprise clients.
Most recently, Serena joined Givergy in 2022 as a Client Success and National Account Manager. In this role, they focus on client account management and ensuring success throughout the customer lifecycle.
Throughout their career, Serena has demonstrated their expertise in customer success, account management, marketing, and event coordination, making their a valuable asset to any organization they work with.
Serena D'Angelo began their education at Atlee High School, where they completed their studies from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they obtained an Advanced Diploma and earned an IB English Certificate. Following their high school graduation, Serena went on to attend Christopher Newport University from 2009 to 2013. Serena pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric during their time at the university.
