Marta Andersone currently serves as a Board Member at Given since September 2021 and has held the position of Group CFO at Grenardi Group AS, where responsibilities include financial analytics, audit processes, cash flow management, and financing projects. Prior experience includes work as an Investment Associate at FlyCap, focusing on financial analysis and investor communications, as well as serving as Financial Analysis & Planning Team Lead at TWINO, where Marta managed cash flow planning and group budgeting. Earlier experience includes consulting at Deloitte in corporate finance. Marta holds a Master’s degree in Law & Finance from Riga Graduate School of Law, a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, and has passed CFA Level II.
