Sarah Afraz is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in program management and strategy consulting. Currently serving as a Program Advisor in India for GiveDirectly since May 2023, Sarah previously held roles including Engagement Manager at Archetype Solutions Group and Strategy Consultant at Pillars Fund. Sarah's experience includes a tenure as a Senior Management Associate MBA Intern at Bridgewater Associates and a Senior Manager for Strategy and Partnerships at the Centre for Social Impact and Philanthropy, Ashoka University, where Sarah was a founding employee responsible for managing strategy and key relationships. Additionally, Sarah served as Chief of Staff at Villgro Innovations Foundation and was a Fellow at Teach For India, where Sarah focused on enhancing education in under-resourced schools.
