Vanessa Rocha currently serves as the Head of Global Product Safety Sciences and Head of Human Safety at Givaudan since December 2018. Prior to this role, Vanessa spent over a decade at Natura, progressing from Senior Researcher to Senior Scientific Manager, where key responsibilities included designing safety strategies for raw materials and finished products, as well as leading projects to mitigate risks associated with brand safety. Vanessa co-founded and acted as Technical Director at Ciallyx Lab and Consulting, focusing on pre-clinical testing for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors. Vanessa's educational background includes a postdoctoral degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and multiple advanced degrees in science and technology management from prestigious institutions such as USP and FIA.
