Sheeja Rai is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Head HR for Taste & Wellbeing at Givaudan since March 2011, Sheeja has previously held significant positions within the company, including APAC HR Head and Regional L&D Manager. Prior to joining Givaudan, Sheeja worked at Capgemini, where responsibilities included managing the performance management system and enhancing employee engagement and talent management initiatives. Experience in HR was further developed at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Gunnebo AB, and Castrol, with a strong focus on organizational effectiveness, training, and recruitment. Sheeja holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai and a master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
