Sanjoy Shaw is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience leading human resources in multinational corporations. Currently serving as the Regional HR Head for the APAC F&B Division at Givaudan since March 2019, Sanjoy oversees HR strategies across 13 key countries in matured and developing markets to ensure business growth and talent readiness. Previously, Sanjoy was the HR Director for South Asia, managing business HR for diverse markets, and has held multiple leadership positions at PepsiCo from 2006 to 2019, including Associate Director HR for India Snacks Sales and Corporate Functions. Additional roles include managing HR for operations at Saint-Gobain India, ACC Limited, and Hindustan Motors. Sanjoy holds multiple advanced degrees in human resources and law, along with various leadership certifications from prestigious institutions.
