Han Pham is a seasoned procurement professional currently serving as the Head of Procurement for the APAC region at Givaudan since 2023. In this role, Han leads the APAC procurement team, focusing on strategy development, process optimization, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives. Prior to Givaudan, Han held the position of Group Procurement Director at Amcor, overseeing procurement strategies for direct materials and chemicals across 40 plants in Asia Pacific, and managing major supplier negotiations. Han's career also includes significant roles at FrieslandCampina, Procter & Gamble, and Schlumberger, with a strong track record in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and capacity planning. Han holds a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Ulsan and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
