Flavio Mauricio Ghilotti possesses extensive experience in procurement and operations within the flavor and fragrance industry. At Givaudan, Flavio holds the positions of Head of Global Procurement for the Taste & Wellbeing division and Head of Operations for both the Asia Pacific and Latin America regions. Prior experience at IFF includes roles such as Manufacturing Director for the Americas and Operations Director for Latin America Flavors and Fragrances, as well as Operations Director in Brazil. Flavio started the professional journey at Cidec as Pilot Plant and Development Manager and began the career as a Buyer at Pirelli Tyres.
