Julia de Groot is an experienced corporate recruiter currently working at GITP since February 2023, where talent discovery and development are key focuses, utilizing advanced assessment and analytics tools. Prior to GITP, Julia held similar roles at Sue B.V. and Snow B.V., with initial recruitment experience as an intern at Snow B.V. Other previous positions include notulist at Cantrijn Groep, barista at Starbucks, and general assistant at Zwembad De Spettertuin. Julia holds a Master of Science in Social and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from Utrecht University, as well as a VWO diploma from Lyceum Oude Hoven.
