Ben Cowdry is a Senior Recruiter at GitLab, where Ben focuses on hiring talented individuals across EMEA and APAC. Prior to their current role, Ben worked as a Director at JPE for over 15 years, specializing in recruiting for various IT and sales positions. Ben also has experience in consulting with leading SaaS vendors to build their EMEA presence. Ben holds a BSc in Business Administration and European Politics from Oxford Brookes University.
