Geetika Malhotra is currently working as an Impact Modeling and Measurement Fellow at GitLab Foundation. Prior to this role, Geetika has gained experience in various research and consulting positions at organizations such as IIX, Columbia University, Nikore Associates, GAME, and EY. Geetika holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia | SIPA, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indraprastha College For Women, and has pursued certifications in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance. They have also completed a summer program in Business Management at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
