Elicia Wilson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Director of the GitLab Foundation since October 2022, Elicia played a pivotal role in launching the global foundation. Prior to this, Elicia held several leadership positions at the National Fund for Workforce Solutions, including Chief Operating Officer and Programs and Operations Director, where responsibilities included overseeing administrative systems and program implementation. Other notable roles include Senior Program Manager and Program Manager at Jobs for the Future, where Elicia provided strategic guidance on workforce development initiatives. Elicia's earlier legal experience encompasses roles as Legal Researcher at Kids in Need of Defense and various law clerk positions, complemented by a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University.
