Sebastian Bott serves as the Director of Engineering at GitHub, bringing a wealth of experience from Microsoft, where roles included Engineering Group Manager and Principal Engineering Manager, among others. Prior to Microsoft, Sebastian held leadership positions at mbi GmbH, such as Head of Software Engineering and Software Engineering Lead for WINPACCS. Educationally, Sebastian achieved a Diploma in Engineering from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen between 2002 and 2006.
