Retno Ayu Mei Wulandari has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2015, they worked as a Cashier Customer Service at The Roots Barbershop Malang. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Telephone Operator at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. In 2019, they also worked briefly as an Art Teacher at TK NU Muslimat 18. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Tokopedia, first as a Customer Service Representative (Remote) and later as a Customer Service Team Lead. Retno Ayu Mei was responsible for managing the team's performance and growth, and reporting progress every month. In 2023, they joined Corsearch and Global IT Support as a Brand Protection Analyst.

Retno Ayu Mei Wulandari obtained their Bachelor's degree in Hubungan Internasional from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Retno Ayu Mei completed their degree from 2014 to 2019. In addition, they obtained certification as an Executive Administrative Assistant from BNSP in April 2019.
